Withdrawal

Withdraw from contract

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason (see right of withdrawal). You can do it here without logging in. Your withdrawal counts as soon as you click “Confirm withdrawal”. You get the confirmation of receipt right here and by email (the email is in German). We end the contract and refund you within 14 days. An informal email to support@amboss-app.de works too.

We'll send the confirmation to this address. If several contracts belong to it, your statement applies to all of them.

Limits your statement to exactly this contract. The key must belong to the email address you used for the purchase.
