Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Amboss AI UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kurfürstendamm 50a, 10707 Berlin, Germany, phone +49 162 4026611, email support@amboss-app.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. You can also declare your withdrawal using our withdrawal function at amboss-app.de/en/withdraw. If you do, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal to you by email without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your statement that you are exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount. It corresponds to the share of the service already provided up to the moment you inform us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the service provided for in the contract.

Nothing is charged during a free trial. If you withdraw during the trial, you owe nothing for the time you used. Separately from withdrawal, you can cancel at any time at amboss-app.de/en/cancel.
