Cancellation

Cancel contracts here

Cancel your AMBOSS subscription here without logging in, whether you bought through Stripe or (before we changed payment providers) through Whop. An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep using AMBOSS until then. Your cancellation counts as soon as you click “Cancel now”. You get the confirmation right here and by email (the email is in German).

We'll send the confirmation to this address. If several contracts belong to it, your statement applies to all of them.

Limits your statement to exactly this contract. The key must belong to the email address you used for the purchase.
